In this tutorial, Alanna will walk you through the process step by step.This integration is a one-way sync from Zendesk Support to ActiveCampaign, enabling you to manage your contact data in one centralized location. It can also be leveraged for automation triggers and personalized automated emails in ActiveCampaign.Using Zendesk support with ActiveCampaign is crucial for reducing churn, as you can use informed and helpful data to guide your customer’s journeys. Let’s dive into how easy it is to set up your connection.You can navigate to apps in your ActiveCampaign account at the bottom left of your screen, and search for Zendesk Support within our app directory.The first thing you’ll do is add an account. To do this, you’ll need to grab the subdomain of your Zendesk URL. Once you have this, paste it into ActiveCampaign and click connect.From here, there are just three simple steps:1. **Setup**: Review the events to inform you that you will receive a ticket event in ActiveCampaign from Zendesk Support when tickets are created and updated.2. **Event Data**: Review the data that will come with those Zendesk Support ticket events, including ticket status, ID, priority, description, subject, submitter, and URL.3. **Mapping Data Fields**: Map the data fields to the contact record to ensure correct alignment between Zendesk Support and ActiveCampaign.Once completed, you’ll see the resource as the ticket and the events as tickets created and updated, and the contact and ticket object updated in ActiveCampaign.After the configuration, this integration works seamlessly as tickets are created and updated in Zendesk. If you need any assistance with these steps, we have step-by-step instructions in the ActiveCampaign Help Center.Once you’ve set up your custom domain and downloaded the app, you’ll need to authorize your API credentials and confirm the connection. After that, you can move on to dynamic field mapping, where you’ll map leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.After finishing the mapping, you’ll configure the outbound sync settings and schedule. The quickest way you can sync is every hour, but you can adjust this based on your needs.Finally, you have the option to set up an automation component, which allows you to send a campaign created in ActiveCampaign to a lead or contact in Salesforce.Remember, you can manage this integration directly from your Salesforce account by connecting ActiveCampaign in Salesforce. Also, add a note offering further assistance if these steps don’t resolve the issue.Prompt #2 for students who feel behind in your course: Write a compassionate and constructive response for students who have not been able to start my course and feel behind due to their life circumstances. The response should acknowledge their concerns, and provide suggestions on how to make the most of the course materials. Include the reminder students can go at their own pace because they have lifetime access to the course. Add in advice to download the step-by-step PDFs, and take advantage of personalized support options like the weekly Q&As I host. End the response inviting them to reach out with specific areas they’re struggling with, and tell them I am happy to help further. Prompt #3 for ensuring students can easily log into your course:I need a guided response for technical support questions related to my students not being able to log into their course that’s hosted on Kajabi. The response should be easy to understand for non-technical users. Include this login link and steps to check their spam folder for the email containing their password details.
