There are many ways that you can organize your inbox but beginning with contact data and agents assignments will be a good start.
Using the Contact Details Pane can help you effectively access the information you are needing about a contact quickly in a chat. It can also serve as a place to begin storing information you are collecting in your chat with your new contact.
There are options to create filters and views that make the most sense for you within the Conversations setting. Assigning agents is a feature that can allow you to easily track who is responsible for what.
It will allow users to see what is most important to them and respond accordingly. Admins and Agents are then organized in a way that creates timely responses, proper tracking, and great customer experiences!
