The Farmers Market at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds is Forsyth County’s longest-running source for locally raised fruits, vegetables and proteins.It started in 1974 and has welcomed the community to shop for food, flowers, handmade baskets, cakes & pies, fresh baked breads, jams & jellies, honey, crafts and much more.With the cold weather the Triad has been experiencing in the month of January, local vendors are expressing the need for more foot traffic.
