Take the time to conduct extensive testing, gather feedback, and make any necessary improvements before unveiling your product to the market.Understanding your customers’ needs, preferences, and pain points is crucial for developing a product that resonates with them. Without proper market research, you risk creating a product that doesn’t solve a real problem or doesn’t align with your target audience’s expectations. Invest time and resources into market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to gain valuable insights and ensure that your product meets the needs of your target market.Your product may be exceptional, but if you don’t have a solid marketing plan in place, it may go unnoticed by your potential customers. Conduct thorough market analysis to determine the optimal pricing strategy that considers factors such as production costs, competitor pricing, perceived value, and target market affordability. Additionally, carefully consider your revenue model, whether it’s through one-time sales, subscriptions, or upselling opportunities, to ensure long-term profitability.A compelling brand story that resonates with your target audience can create an emotional connection and differentiate your product from competitors. Craft a unique brand narrative that conveys the mission, values, and vision behind your product. Use consistent branding elements, such as logos, colors, and messaging, across all marketing channels to build brand recognition and trust.Launching a product is an exciting endeavor, but it requires careful planning and strategic decision-making. 5 Quick Ways to Improve Your SEO Rankings [Video]

SEO is all about the long game, slow and steady wins the race. At our agency, NP Digital, clients stick around with us for years, in our enterprise division, we’re keeping clients for five plus year, that’s a long time. Eventually, we’ll probably start keeping enterprise clients for over seven years, but keep in mind, we’re a newer agency. So even though SEO is a slow and steady game, it works, but do you really have to wait that long to get the results that you want? The answer is no. There are quick ways to get results, maybe not all the results you want, but you can get immediate results. So let’s break down five tactics to get you quicker results. RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________Google Search Console: https://search.google.com/search-console/aboutCodeCanyon: https://codecanyon.net/Ubersuggest: https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/____________________________________________Way number one, find almost ranking phrases. The more keyword that you rank on page one for, the better off you are, because no one really goes to page two. Majority of the traffic’s on page one, and ideally at the top of page one. Did you know that you can find all the terms that you’re raking somewhat well for, and quickly optimize those, so that way you can just pop up to page one? I want you to log to Google Search Console, click on search results, then click on average position, and then scroll down and click on pages. But when you add those terms within those areas that I just mentioned, your title tags, your content, your URL, it can quickly boost your rankings. Now, keep in mind if you change your URL, you got to do a 301 redirect from your old URL to your new URL, and you got to adjust all your old internal links to make sure they’re going directly to the new URL. Way number two, add a free tool to your website. I added a free tool called Ubersuggest to my website. It increased my backlink count by 24,453 referring domains. The more links you have, the higher you will rank over time. And here’s a cool thing, you can do this same exact thing to your website. You don’t have to build a tool from scratch like me either, you can just add one to your website for 10, or even 15 or $20. All you have to do is go to a site called CodeCanyon where you combine a tool within your industry and just purchase it, and you can just put it on your website. You of course won’t generate as many backlinks that I generated through Ubersuggest because I built a custom tool, but over time, as you’re getting results from using tools let’s say from CodeCanyon, or wherever else you can find them on the web, eventually as it starts getting traction, your rankings increase, you start generating more money, then you can invest the time and resources and money to build your own custom tools. Way number three, add internal links. You publish new content all the time, right? Well if you don’t, you should start doing so, but if your new content doesn’t have backlinks, it won’t rank well. Now links take a while to get, but that doesn’t mean you still can’t get results. One quick hack is to go into your older articles and modify it. Within your older articles, add a few links to your newly published articles. This way, your new content starts ranking higher, faster. As a general rule of thumb, only modify old articles that are related to the new one. You don’t want to add internal links unless it makes sense.Way number four, optimize your meta tags for higher ranking. You don’t have to bill links to rank higher, you can just adjust your meta tags, from your title tag to your meta description, and even as a bonus, optimize your URLs.Way number five, content is king, so write it in half the time. Look, if you can write your content half the time, in theory, you can produce more, maybe double the amount of content, and generate even more traffic. The caveat here is though the quality needs to be great, not up to par, but great, better than up to par. On Ubersuggest, we have an AI writer that helps you write content. It won’t fully write the content for you, but it starts you off and helps you optimize for the right keywords. From there, you can modify it and create a masterpiece in half the time. So head on over to Ubersuggest, go to the lab section, and click on AI writer. From there, put in a keyword that you want your article to be about. For this example, I selected marketing, then select the title that works for you, then select a meta description, then select a few headings, and boom, you’ll have article in seconds. Why we Acquired Answer the Public [Video]

Why we acquired Answer The Public. I own an ad agency called NP Digital. We’re one of the fastest growing companies, according to Inc Magazine, at the 21st spot. And we have over 700 employees globally. But in the grand scheme of things, we’re a really, really, really really tiny company, if you compare us to Apple or Google, or even companies like ExxonMobil. We really are tiny. And a lot of those companies grow through a simple channel. Can you guess what it is? It’s acquisitions. RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________Answer The Public: https://answerthepublic.com/Ubersuggest: https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/____________________________________________See, Google bought Nest for home thermostats, Google bought Waymo for their self-driving car division. Apple Beats by Dre, Facebook acquired Instagram, and the list goes on and on. In essence, large corporations buy companies, as it allows them to expand faster. Now with Answer The Public, it has roughly 60% of the traffic as Ubersuggest, but it generates less than 10% of the revenue, as Ubersuggest. So right there, well we can fix that, and we should be able to 4 to 5x that number easy. Now, of course we won’t ruin the user experience, and we won’t reduce the amount of free stuff that we offer. Actually, we’re going to give you more stuff, in Answer The Public for free. In other words, you’re going to get more for free. You don’t have to pay for it and you’ll get more features. And by doing that, the product will become better and more popular over time. In addition to revenue, Ubersuggest drives roughly 30% of the customers, for my ad agency. Answer The Public never tried selling to their leads. That is additional revenue stream there too. And Answer The Public, had zero people working on the product. When you’re going from zero people to adding people, it’s not hard to make something better. In other words, we acquire the company, because we can make the product better, and give users more for free so they’re happier. And collect more revenue through other offers, like offering people, like consulting, if they raise their hand and want it. Of course we won’t bombard them, we’re not going to show popups with that stuff. It’s more so, you keep the product as is, add more free features, and by doing that, it makes it more popular, and more people will end up paying for a premium version, and we may also generate some consulting revenue, from it as well. Now, the point I’m breaking this all down in a video, because I don’t have to share this, I can just talk about how we’re giving away more stuff, for free, on Answer The Public, is because I want this to be educational. I want you to consider acquiring other companies, in your business, to grow. You don’t have to just grow through marketing. Yes, even though my ad agency does marketing, and it can hurt me to say that, it’s true. There’s other creative ways that you can grow, such as acquiring companies, and you should look at those channels as well. Now, if you enjoyed this video, please like it, share it. If you want my ad agency to help you with your marketing, check out NP Digital. I hope you have a wonderful day. The Quickest Way to Create Popular Web Pages (And Get Tons of Traffic) [Video]

How To Build Pages That Rank #1 On Google Consistently | SEO Tips: https://youtu.be/LEUb_wTHv4IHow to Find All the Keywords That Your Competitors Rank For (But That You Don’t): https://youtu.be/vF1URMDVO7AUbersuggest: https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/____________________________________________So the first thing I want you to do is head on over to Ubersuggest, you need to go to ubersuggest.com or neilpatel.com/ubersuggest. Then what I want you to do is type in one of your competitor’s domains. If you don’t know a competitor, or who your competitor maybe, just think about what industry you’re in. And what do I want to do is break down, all right, how do I go out there and create really popular web pages really fast? Well, whenever you put in a competitor domain name into Ubersuggest, it tells you the roughly monthly traffic and their authority. And then I want you to click on Top Pages by Traffic. This breaks down, I got to put in Moz, not neilpatel.com. This breaks down the most popular web pages on their website. As you can see here, the beginner’s guide to SEO, what is SEO? Free tools, this is really cool. I can create a page on free tools, even if I don’t have free tools myself, what I could do I can link to other people’s tools in my space, maybe add affiliate links. Like, as you can see here, this isn’t really a big competing, or this isn’t really like a text-based heavy webpage. It’s just a page on free tools. And when I click here under View All, it’ll show me all the keywords they use to get that traffic. I can export it as well. So, I can just have that list. And now I know, all right, I should go and create an article on free SEO tools. And if I do that, I can actually point them to Ubersuggest, because there’s a free version of it. Like, you know, you don’t have to pay for it and then go from there. And I probably can generate more traffic. So, I can create articles based on, or web pages, based on what’s working for them. They have a free keyword tool. They have a guide to online ad types. I think that would be really useful and it probably doesn’t need to be as text rich, maybe there’s is, but I can create an article or infographic that just talk about the ad types, it’s a lot more images than texts, And I can tell people in there, hey, if you need help with your ad types, check out my ad agency, NP Digital. Now what’s cool about this report, and Uber sets the Top Pages by Traffic, anytime you put it in a quote unquote competitor domain name. You can see all the keywords that page ranks for. So, not only do you want to view the page, like I clicked to go view the page, I’m also here at the WordStream one. I can see all the keywords that they’re including to get that traffic from Google. And that gives me ideas on what keywords I need to include within my content. And you can just keep doing that and go next, next, next. And you can see all the keywords that they’re leveraging, which will help you not just create blog posts, but also web pages. So that way, you know what to focus on because you can see here, not all the popular pages on a site are blog posts, like this, one’s a blog, this one’s a blog, this one’s a blog and it keeps going. And if your business is not based in the United States, don’t worry. You can click on India for a competitor or Great Britain, and you could see who their most popular page is within that region and go through that formula all over again and replicate it. This strategy is super, super effective. I give this to my teams and that way, when we look at our competitors and we’re analyzing them, we focus on creating webpages that are superpopular on our competition versus just creating whatever we want. So then that way we are creating pages that generate traffic first and fast, because we already know that they work super well. How to Boost Your SEO Traffic with Sleeper Content (And Stop Promoting Worthless Content) [Video]

You look at all these SEO tools out there, whether it’s Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, and you type in a keyword, like I typed in marketing tools here, and you’ll see a SEO difficulty number which tells you how hard it is to rank for that keyword on Google. Now, this data is pulled through backlinks, but how can you figure out if a keyword is really easy or not to rank without going through all the effort of promoting the content? Today I’m going to break down how you can increase your traffic through sleeper content.RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________Ubersuggest (Free SEO tool): https://ubersuggest.com/How to Do SEO For A Tiny Site With No Backlinks (video): https://youtu.be/Y772PSqmudoMy Favorite SEO Hack to Increase Website Traffic (video): https://youtu.be/WTWZQ_4_zNk____________________________________________As I mentioned earlier, if you use a SEO tool and you type in any keyword, whether it’s marketing tools or even just something like marketing, you’ll see how difficult it is to rank for a keyword. And some of these keywords are really easy to rank for. Some of them are much harder to rank for. But does that mean that you can’t rank for these keywords if you don’t have a ton of backlinks? No, that’s not the case, and the reason being is Google uses many factors. Links are just one aspect of it. Traffic without putting tones of effort through sleeper content. So let’s head over to the neilpatel.com website. As you can see here, here’s my homepage. Scroll down, a little bit about me. And then now let’s go to the blog where you can find all my content. Now I’m going to show you my content. I want you to see what’s off, okay. Some have little to no comments, like 12 or 8. But why is that? Why are some posts doing extremely well and others aren’t? Well, I’m going to share a little secret with you. The posts that tend to have a lot of comments I promote. I push on social media, like Facebook, Instagram, videos, and my live sessions. I’ll cross-link to them more. I even do email blasts, push notification blasts. I give a ton to promote them so that way people get to know that content, they want to share that content, and hopefully it ranks higher. But you can only send so many email blasts in a day. You can only send so many push notification blasts. You can only promote so many posts on Facebook on your fan page before your audience gets irritated that you’re sharing five pieces of content a day. So let me tell you a little secret on what I do. I create a ton of sleeper content. I’ll cross-link. I’ll promote it more. I’ll try to build links by manually outreaching to sites. I’ll push it on social media. I may even do the email blast. But what I’m doing is I’m creating tones of content and publishing it. But most of my content that I publish like that, this is what I call sleeper content, which if you’re publishing it, you’re not really telling too many people about it, you’re not marketing it, it doesn’t all rank. A lot of these pages that I’m writing content on aren’t ranking in the top 10 results or top 10 pages on Google. But a good portion of them are, and all I’m doing is just publishing content. The moment it gets to page two, I’ll start doing more marketing to try to get it to page one. And really what I’m looking at is not if it hits page two. I’m looking to see if it hits the top of page two or bottom of page one. I’ve been doing this strategy for years. It works really well. And you probably haven’t seen a lot of this content because I don’t push it out in email blasts or social media mentions, but it works really well, and that’s how I’ve grown my traffic to millions of visitors a month. So let me know your thoughts. Curious if you like this strategy.
