One of the key strategies is to “be the content” instead of creating content. He shares the story of Bradley, who hired a videographer to film him coaching his team, giving advice, and leading meetings. Bradley turned over the content to his team to distribute on social media, and his Instagram and YouTube channels became very influential. Sean also recommends starting a video podcast, which allows you to distribute content across multiple platforms. He advises hiring the right people and thinking of them as the CEO of your media company. Ultimately, the greatest way to demonstrate your expertise is to show people what you do, whether it’s coaching a team, giving sales advice, or whatever your expertise is.
