Break your budget items into specific activities and create recurring events in your calendar from the time budget you’ve made. Always commit to following your schedule. Step 3 to Crush Your Goals. EVALUATE your TAM (Total Addressable Market). Become an expert in your field. Know your Total Addressable Market (In Real Estate, this could be the total number of #realestatesales in the area.) and identify what share of that market you want to own.
