Michael started in the world of Business at the young age of 21.He has over 12 years of experience in the financing and real estate field. His institutional background obtained by working as a lender at Scotiabank & CIBC, allowed him to absorb the corporate lending policies and procedures followed by the major institutions, while his experience as an independent lender at a brokerage immersed him in the world of private lending where capital preservation is priority.

He has originated, underwritten, and funded large land & construction loans in the $15M+ range as well as small private mortgages under $50k. The wide range of his lending experience gives him a unique perspective to be able to assess most situations and their validity.
