It’s a new twist on your morning coffee – real people and a real robot.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — We’ve seen robots come in all forms but RoboCafe is bringing a robot which makes your morning cup of coffee to Huntsville. 

“The technology was the easier part for us than the whole starting a business part,” said Co-Founder Pranith Vinay Kumar Salkineedi. He also said this idea came a year after graduating from the University of Alabama-Huntsville in 2023. Like many startups, this one was no exception when it came to entrepreneurial obstacles. Salkineedi said, “Trying to get the business license, getting the food permits, getting all type of permits, and then especially finding a spot was the biggest struggle.”
