Starting a business is scary. Starting a business in 2022 is even scarier because of the potential downturn in the financial markets, issues in supply chain, and rising cost of pretty much everything around us. Recession Proof Business Ideas are always good, but I have had actual experience in being an entrepreneur in two major recessions and one mini recession. I can honestly say that if you are starting a business, you need to consider a business that will continue to grow for the best potential to sell.

Recession Proof Businesses are basically essential businesses that people will continue to require their service or their products no matter what happens with the economy. Some of these recession proof businesses include:

Healthcare
Childcare
Cleaning Services
Cleaning Supply Companies
Accounting
Security Businesses
IT
and others.

In this video, I go over Recession Proof Business Ideas that I would consider myself starting in 2022. Some of these businesses I have actual experiences in and some of the businesses are a business I would consider worth my time and money and potential for scaling.
