PepsiCo’s Stacy Taffet Named Hershey’s Chief Growth Officer [Video]

The Hershey Company has named longtime PepsiCo veteran Stacy Taffet as its chief growth officer, reviving a role it had eliminated previously.

Taffet had been with PepsiCo for more than 17 years, most recently as senior vice president of beverage portfolio strategy and marketing. Prior to that, she worked at American Express.

In her new role, Taffet will drive growth strategies across the company’s snack portfolio, covering brands such as Dot’s Homestyle Pretzels, Hershey’s, Jolly Rancher, and Reese’s. She will spearhead brand reputation management, commercial and consumer intelligence, market innovation, media and creative investment, and research and development.
