Today’s Weezard, Laura Marciano, CEO of ELI Innovation, took the path of entrepreneurship naturally, to directly answer the needs of her son with special needs.
She and her husband, both engineers, started to build products to increase his autonomy and quickly, they realized that their knowledge could benefit to others, and founded ELI Innovation.
Their goal is to offer affordable products that directly answer defined needs, to increase autonomy and hence, enable a better integration of special needs people in the community.
