Marketing Strategy 1 #shorts | Marketing fundamental

📢 SUBSCRIBE IF YOU ARE NEW AND TURN THE BELL ON 🔔

Welcome back to my channel where we explore the fundamentals of branding and marketing! In the last video, we covered essential concepts like key attributes, consumer needs, and unique value propositions, and how they tie into brand strategies. Today, we’re diving deeper into the topic of strategy.

To develop a strong business, marketing, or brand strategy, you need to determine “where to play” and “how to win”. In other words, you must define your target audience and their needs (where to play), and then create a unique value proposition that sets you apart from your competitors (how to win). By doing so, you can concentrate your resources and efforts on achieving your goals.

Don’t forget to check out my previous video for more information on where to play and how to win! Thanks for watching, and if you found this video helpful, don’t forget to like and subscribe for more branding and marketing insights.
