The first thing you need to know about my investing perspective is that investing is a long-term game.

So in my mind, when I look at a business, I’m like okay, I’m going to be in the business for at least the next 7-10 years… And the same thing with real estate, I look at it as if I am going to own this property for the next 7-10 years.
