The Hershey Company has hired former Kraft Heinz executive Tiffany Menyhart as its new chief growth officer (CGO).
With 30 years of sales and CPG experience, including 15 years in confection, Menyhart will lead the sales team at Hershey’s U.S. Confection arm, which includes its namesake brand as well as Reese’s and SkinnyPop.
In a statement, the business said Menyhart had a proven record of driving profitable growth, creating transformational change, and elevating relationships with retail partners.
