I’m going to show you my tips for entrepreneurs that are starting a business. Elon Musk is a savage leader. Don’t look up to him. I’d like to share with you my top leadership tips that will help you motivate and inspire your team to greatness. As an entrepreneur, it’s crucial that you know how to be an effective leader, and that means putting your ego aside and building strong relationships with your staff. The last thing you want is for your team to see you as a dictator.

If you want to build a successful business, you need to be a leader, a friend, and a mentor to your team.
