Stephanie Cuthbertson is Chief Product Officer at HubSpot where she leads HubSpot’s extremely talented product management, user experience, developer/ecosystem, and product operations teams to drive product strategy and innovation.

Steph joined HubSpot from Google, where she led App, Display, and Video Ads, one of Google’s largest revenue growth businesses. She also was a member of Google PM Steering (which guides the PM discipline at Google) and a frequent spokesperson and keynote speaker for Google, including keynoting Google I/O for 5 years. Before Ads, she was Senior Director of Android’s Developer Ecosystem for many years, leading Developer Platform PM, UX and Developer Relations. In 2017 she co-founded the open-source Kotlin Foundation as part of her work on Android. Previously, Steph had PM leadership roles at AWS and Microsoft. Steph graduated with honors from Brown University where she was a graduation speaker and Royce Fellow.
