Three questions that I need to ask myself on urgent basis to grow my local tour business.

First- Who will be my ideal customers?

Second- Who will help me with the promotion of my business?

Third- who will sponsor or invest in the project?

Well answer to my first question is- I am going to organise women specialised tours only. Answer to the second question is- I am going to collab with either local women content creators or any random female tourist travelling around the monument for the promotion of tours. When its about third question, I need to find out who will get maximum benefit out of my Jaipur tours. Every tourist use following services during travel which is very fundamental- accomodation, transportation and food. In that case I can approach a local hotel, hostel, a local tours and travels company or a cafe/ restaurant to sponsor my content or I can approach someone who will be interested to invest in the project in return I can give them a fix percentage of shares.
