It’s a truth universally acknowledged: don’t go into business with your friends. But I couldn’t disagree more! That is, of course, if you’re all willing to agree to some rules of engagement. In this talk, I’ll share my experience starting and growing an indie game business with my friends from college. We’ll talk about what’s fun, what’s hard, and some surefire ways to kill your business (and maybe your friendship, too). When you’re done with this talk, you’ll be ready to start a business with your best buddies (or maybe decide it’s better to just stick to your weekly D&D campaign).
