How to make a bad job bearable and when to call it quits [Video]

Almost four in 10 Canadian have already started looking or plan to start looking for a new job in the first half of this year, according to a recent survey by recruiting firm Robert Half. However, far fewer workers actually switch jobs. According to Statistics Canada, the job changing rate in January was 0.4 per cent.

Why? Leaving a job is rarely easy. There’s the anxiety, the guilt and the daunting task of searching for a new role. For many, there’s also a loss of identity.
