This is basically part 2 to the video I did recently on the new Facebook Lead Filtering Feature for lead forms (link to that video above).
This particular automation in GoHighLevel allows you to trigger certain actions and workflows for your Facebook ad leads based on the answers they provide to questions inside your Facebook lead forms.
It’s very powerful because it gives you the ability to cater your messaging, follow-up, etc. to specific audiences, which will significantly increase your lead conversion rates.
For example, let’s say one of your Facebook leads is interested because they opted in for your free lead magnet, but they don’t qualify for your primary service.
Do we want to continue following up with them trying to sell them on something they’re not ready for or can’t afford right now?
I suppose you could.
But instead, why not now cater your follow up to a different service you offer that they might be able to afford right now?
A great example of this would be if you’re a marketing agency and a lead can’t afford your Done-For-You campaign setup for $3,000.
But maybe they can afford your DIY course for $497 that shows them how to set everything up themselves.
Wouldn’t it make more sense to send follow-up offering the DIY course since that’s what they’re more qualified for?
This is just an example but hopefully gets the ideas following.
Regardless, this is a very easy workflow automation to setup in GoHighLevel that will allow you to segment your leads and create much more targeted follow-up for your list, ultimately leading to more conversions.
