This week was for the girls.

In a serendipitous series of calendar events this week, I found myself chatting with a lot of women in the industry and, to steal the theme of Campaign’s Inspiring Women event held yesterday, I can only summarize by stating … I am leaving this week feeling inspired.

Inspired by resilience. CEO and founder of the Hype Women Movement, Erin Gallagher, is in the midst of her “pre-book book tour” for her debut book Hype Women: Breaking Free from Mean Girls, Patriarchy and Systems Silencing You, and I was fortunate enough to attend one of the intimate gatherings this week in the home of The Lede Company’s Kimberly Bernhardt. The energy in the room was that of excitement but most importantly, empowerment.
