In their own words, Todd and Sean Bavol-Montgomery are “partners in business and in life,” as a married couple and co-owners of Integrity Staffing Solutions, a Newark, Delaware-based staffing agency. When starting the business in 1997, another bank declined to work with them, saying they were not a cultural fit for that bank as an LGBTQ couple. With Wells Fargo, they found a perfect partnership with shared values of diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as the unique financial expertise they needed in providing asset-based lending against payrolls.
