Lead conversion is your ability to take someone through the sales process journey. And the way you do that is to UNDERSTAND them.

No one likes to be sold. And no one likes to have someone rhyme off a script.

Your ability to take someone from initial conversation to client is dependent on how well you listen and your ability to identify their needs (and provide a solution)

This is where DISC assessment’s come in.

DISC is a tool that not only allows you to understand yourself and your own personal communication styles, its a GREAT tool to help you understand other people.
