A lot of leaders and employees have been in a virtual setting as a result of the pandemic.Now that we’re in a flexible work environment, we need to be more comfortable leading and collaborating virtually.Having an executive presence in a virtual world is a huge part of motivating and inspiring your team. But virtual communication is different. What makes it hard is the fact that every corporate culture is different, too.
