There are two forces at play in coaching. They can interact with each other and they are important when you are building a long-term coaching practice. Before coaching can happen, a client will usually reach out to a prospective coach, asking them about their coaching services. The client is pulling the prospective coach into their world to help them. But another force involves a push from the coach to the client to change. The two forces work together, but it’s not always easy.
