Ryan Fenn gives an example for home service businesses, 12 months after completing a carpet clean, they’ll reach out and remind their client it’s been 12 months since they’ve cleaned the carpets. So if you break it up into three buckets, you’ve got the lead conversion stage, which is when they focus the conversation on, next is the actual, whether that’s fulfilling on a course or somebody cleaning carpet, and then you have post job communication, which is also important.
