Reaching the status of Commando ‘Green Beret’ Officer, Scotty served for an impressive 32 years, learning all there is to know about leadership and high performance. Nicknamed Gareth Southgate’s ‘Secret Weapon’, Scotty is now highly sought after as an executive coach and keynote speaker to share his expertise in leadership, cohesion and to perform under pressure.Spending 32 years in the military, Scotty has dedicated his service to a variety of roles that have pushed his mental resilience to the extremes and seen him performing under immense pressure.
