Starting a business takes a really long time. Most people think you can just get the funds, build an office, and just start with your business. This is not the case at all as Paul Wakim and I both know. Listen in as we talk the struggles of starting a business and what you can do to get through those struggles.
Paul got started in the real estate industry in 2016 right out of college when he and his then girlfriend Shannon (now wife), started a real estate photography business with a drone that she had bought Paul as a graduation gift. In 2018, Paul taught himself how to code in Python to create an algorithm to predict who was going to sell their home next by identifying people who showed signs of those 5 or 6 common selling traits. Later, he met his great friend and TwnSqr co-founder, Mitch Tracy while rock climbing. In mid 2019 Mitch quit his job to come work on TwnSqr full-time to refine and drastically improve the algorithm.

Brett Snodgrass is the founder of Iron Deep. Brett is a Christ-Follower, Entrepreneur, and a Family Man. Brett Snodgrass has been a real estate investor for 15+ years. He specializes in wholesaling, wholetailing, creative financing, and business scaling. His team at Simple Wholesaling (https://simplewholesaling.com/) buys and sells 250+ properties per year, and builds passive streams of income by creating 50+ creative financing deals per year.
As both a man of faith and a real estate investor, Brett combines his business knowledge and his faith to bring opportunity to everyone he encounters while spreading the kingdom of God. This is his mission and the purpose behind his company and his life. Brett is part of the real-estate mastermind group The Collective Genius (https://thecollectivegenius.com/), and loves to help give back by supporting missions and non-profit organizations like Transforming Futures (https://transformingfutures.org/) and Agape International Missions (https://aimfree.org/).
Brett recently stepped down from being the CEO of his real estate business, and stepped solely into the owner’s box. Since entrusting operations to his incredible team, Brett’s business continues to grow and break even bigger goals. While it was a challenge to hand operations over, Brett felt compelled to minister to other entrepreneurs, like himself, who have faced many struggles and challenges that most other people don’t understand.
This led to Brett founding Iron Deep. Brett has a strong desire to help entrepreneurs create healthy relationships at home, develop genuine friendships, sustain physical health and wellness, as well as sustaining an intimate relationship with our Heavenly Father.
Brett is the father of 4 children, and husband to his lovely wife, Karen.
