Today I’ll be sharing tips, tools and resources that have helped me care for my mental health while building my business.
After working for other businesses for 17 years, both in a private school setting and in the construction industry, I realized that I had to make some serious life changes when I started my business 3 years ago. I slowly began prioritizing my mental health and it has completely changed my life and my business, for the better.
Full disclosure – over the past several years I’ve also been healing my complex PTSD and learning how to successfully manage my depression and anxiety. With all that in mind, here are a few of the top tips, tools and resources that have helped me greatly along the way:
