Memory Place is a photo and video sharing software to easily upload content from any event you are hosting when contributors easily scan a QR code or click a link. After content is uploaded the contributor is given the opportunity to join your email list to get notified when the event goes public and also to create a free account to try out and test how Memory Place works.
In this video I how to add pictures to an event through QR code or link and uploading from a computer (though uploading through a smartphone is just as easy). Once pictures are added the user has the option to enter their name and email to subscribe and be notified when the event goes public. This is powerful as it allows you to build a list, engage with those contributors and let them know about the software and tools that are easily available to them and how they can create a free account.
