Now, my focus is helping my clients improve their leadership by helping them figure out what they specifically need to work on given their unique strengths, weaknesses, and situation and helping them implement a plan to ensure success.
In addition to traditional coaching, I bring solid advice to the table because I have been in these leadership roles. I know the challenges leaders face, particularly in the CEO and CFO roles. I can help leaders stay on track with their growth plans to help ensure success.
As an MBTI® Certified Practitioner, I can administer The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument used for personality assessment to help leaders with the self-awareness needed to get better.
