Matt Baker’s wife Nicola was showered with praise as she shared her latest project on Monday’s Lorraine

Nicola Baker, wife of Matt Baker, received high praise from Lorraine Kelly as she discussed her new project on Monday’s show.

Matt, the 47 year old former Blue Peter presenter, and his wife Nicola were guests on Lorraine, where Matt talked about his latest series exploring the British Isles.

The spotlight then shifted to Nicola’s recent literary achievement. Her third book in the Whistledown Farm Adventures series, ‘Meeting Meg’, was released on May 8 this year.

In celebration of the book launch last month, Nicola baked a spectacular cake themed around the story. She wrote: “Meeting Meg is out 8th May and we’ll be celebrating with cake!”
