In this episode Chris interview Vince Lebon founder of Rollie Nation. They discuss how to help people who feel stuck and feel like they have something deeper inside of them. He suggests that they chase happiness over money, as life is about being true to oneself and not just about financial gain. Vince talks about his own personal journey as a designer, and how taking risks has led to great success and fulfillment. He also emphasizes the importance of setting personal goals and working on relationships, both with oneself and with others, in order to lead a fulfilling life. Vince also suggests using traditional goal setting techniques and weekly check-ins to hold oneself accountable.
