This session will be delivered by Elis Phillips and Cathryn Davies from Doulas-Jones Mercer Solicitors in Swansea. Elis is a solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team at DJM, having obtained a law LLB undergraduate degree and latterly an LLM in Advanced Drafting. Elis, a first language Welsh speaker, is passionate about all aspects of company and business law.

Cathryn Davies is a member of the Corporate and Commercial team and is a dual graduate of Business Management and the Graduate Diploma in Law. Cathryn is a first language Welsh speaker and has experience of working within professional services to businesses and is looking forward to qualifying as a Solicitor.
