Klaviyo Launch B2C CRM | StrategiQ [Video]

Klaviyo have today announced the launch of their Klaviyo B2C CRM, a data-led solution harmonising marketing, customer service and analytics.

With their goal to empower personalisation at scale, the platform has marketing automation and their built-in data platform (Klaviyo Data Platform) at its heart. This provides users with unlimited data storage and a customer view that connects every event and interaction.

Their new Marketing Analytics offering delivers a complete view of customer behaviour across channels. It incorporates personalised in-app messaging for mobile, automated SMS conversations, channel affinity targeting and a cross-channel campaign builder that empowers further personalisation, automation, measurement and conversion.

The Customer Hub marks Klaviyo’s first service product to provide customers with an ‘exceptional experience’ with its ability to proactively identify and resolve issues and empower customers to resolve issues using self-service tools, before using it as an opportunity to drive loyalty and growth.
