Major League Soccer team New York Red Bulls has named Katie Nahoum as its new chief marketing officer. She succeeds Elisa Padilla, who left in March.
The marketing veteran will oversee all marketing and communication efforts as the club looks to accelerate its brand and strengthen fan engagement by “reflect[ing] the strength, ambition, and edge of this powerhouse brand,” she told ADWEEK.
“As a proud Jersey Girl, I can’t wait to build deeper connections with our loyal supporters and welcome a new generation of fans,” Nahoum said. “From igniting gameday energy to forging everyday connections in our local community, we’ll build a year-round strategy that inspires both die-hard supporters and casual fans to be part of something bigger.”
