A sales pipeline is basically a set of custom stages that your new contact flows through, usually starting as a prospect or new lead. This contact makes its way through your sales pipeline (that your sales team managers) to ultimately become a customer.

This video is for those non-techie individuals that are looking for a simple way to create, set up, understand and manage their sales process with a sales pipeline.
