Hi, friends! I am happy to share this 20-minute gentle yoga stretch and chanting. It is a great way to wake up and invite in some gentle movement. Join me for the chanting as well. Go ahead and try it. Notice the energetic movement in your body, the calm in your mind, and the peace in your heart.

About chanting Om Namah Shivaya
 It means to bow down to Shiva or to bow down to our own self as Shiva resides in all of us as our own consciousness.
 The five-syllable mantra represents earth, air, water, ether, and fire.
 It helps to temper your ego and reduce worry.
 Chant it anytime, anywhere, as long as you are sitting in an upright position.
 Chanting is like a form of meditation.
 Chanting is known to release positive feelings, calm the mind, and improve focus.
 I love the energetic and peaceful feeling I gain from chanting. It’s like a wave of calm washing over me.
