✖️ FROM TV NEWS TO ENTREPRENEURSHIP – How & why I started a business to help other business owners in Canada
I’m Lisa Ostrikoff & I used to work in TV News as a Journalist / Anchor over the span of a decade… then one day I realized how ‘done’ with that industry I was (plenty of stories for another day) + made a snap decision to quit due to serious internal misalignment issues… and had to figure something else out.
That was in 2009.
In my quest to finally create content (just like BizBOXTV produces for other business owners)… This is a quick story about how I took what I knew from being a Journalist for Global TV and turned it into something called “Brand Journalism” that I ultimately ended up trademarking in Canada.
It’s been quite the journey so far ~ and I’ve had the pleasure of working with so many amazing business owners over the course of the past 14 years.
