She explains that she learned how to run a business through personal experience, handling all aspects of a business except for the product and its presentation. She then realized that people often struggle to understand who they are and to be authentic. To help people find their true selves, she provides guidance on personal branding, which she says is critical to endorse a business. She talks about her approach to personal branding and how to establish a two-word brand. The speaker concludes by emphasizing the importance of owning and leveraging one’s uniqueness and strengths, rather than allowing them to be used against them.
