Petra is originally from Germany (Köln) and has been living in Romania since 1995. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Human Recourses and Management Development.
Today she works as an Executive Coach, Team Coach and Business Consultant in various European countries. After several years in an international company, she continued her career as an independent consultant and supported the development of her clients with various projects building up her reputation as one of the leading Coaches and Systemic Business Consultants in Romania.
Her clients appreciate her rich professional experience combined with her fresh, creative approach which supports them to think out of the box and to develop surprising solutions. Her coaching approach is solution focused and resource oriented, supporting fast and lasting change in surprisingly few sessions (Brief Coaching). “Change can be effortless and light.” This is based on the assumption ‘change is happening all the time’. The secret is recognizing the useful change and to amplify it. A positive side effect of this coaching approach is more lightness and joy in work and life.

She started developing herself as a coach in 2003, and has completed several high-level coach training programmes in Germany and Switzerland. As an acclaimed expert in coaching and organizational development, Petra regularly gives talks at conferences. She is part of the solutionsurfers Faculty and delivers coaching trainings in Romania and various European countries.
