Drum samples are hard to get right and still sound somewhat true to the original intent of the artist. In this video, I show How I go about using drums. Regardless of the drum sampler, you use the results will likely be more predictable, easier to change, and yield a more consistent result when trying to either sample augment a drum kit or sample replace one. Using Midi is how I have done this for a long time now. And its way easier than you think
