Santa Cruz Pride hosts LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace event at Hotel Paradox Santa Cruz Sentinel [Video]

Executive coach and author Sharon Papo spoke Thursday morning at Hotel Paradox during “Elevating LGBTQ+ Inclusion in the Workplace: Increasing Revenue, Retention & Respect.”

Santa Cruz Pride organized the two-hour event to provide an opportunity for local business and nonprofit leaders to foster “LGBTQ+ inclusive workplaces, drive profits and loyalty, and gain strategies and real-world insights for LGBTQ+ tourism.”

Founded in 1975, Santa Cruz Pride is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year with many events, including Pride Night at the Santa Cruz Warriors, a utility box mural project and the annual Pride Parade on June 1 in downtown Santa Cruz.
