The largest high school entrepreneurial competition in Africa, Company of the Year (COY), which will be held in Lagos, Nigeria from December 7 to December 9, includes FirstBank and JA Africa as partners. The tournament’s theme is “Fueling Changemakers.”
The JA Africa Company of the Year (COY) Competition is JA Africa’s annual celebration of winning teams from the JA Company Program, a program that gives senior secondary school level students the entrepreneurial skillset and mindset to solve problems in their communities by starting a business venture and unleashing their entrepreneurial potential. This year marks the competition’s 12th year and marks the first in-person meeting following COVID after two successful virtual competitions.
