I know, I know. I’ve talked to you about lpt Connect, and you have access to everything on your phone. So how can we possibly educate you to be a better, more productive agent? It’s very easy. Let me give you a few options here. If you’re a brand new agent, well, you can come in and join our mentorship program. Mentors who are going to help you take those first three deals and show you the ropes to help you get your feet wet and get you in the system selling real estate. We want you to be more successful. But then it gets even better. See, every hour, on the hour, every weekday, there is an educational class happening. And one of our amazing educators is up there teaching through Zoom. So, yes, once again, we have the opportunity to keep you mobile. You can go to our education calendar on lpt Connect, choose which class you want to go to, register for the class, receive the Zoom link, click on it, and open the Zoom app and join in on the class.

But, Dave, I missed the class. What do I do? Don’t worry. We record every single one of our educational sessions, and then we take that recording and we have it thoroughly transcribed. And then we take that transcription in that video and put it into our library. That means that later on, if you want to search for an educational class, let’s say you say, calendar days on the contract, or you want to say, how do I input a lead into my CRM? Or you want to search, how do I utilize Canva templates? All of this? By searching it, will search all the words in the transcriptions, and it’ll pull up every single video associated to that, giving you the opportunity to easily find the classes and the sessions that you did not want to miss and the classes and sessions that you want to learn from.
