IT’S NOT GONNA SOLVE ALL YOUR PROBLEMS!
if you hate your boss – having a business will make you have multiple bosses, because -plot twist – your clients will be your bosses; all your clients will dictate the rules of the game for you. and you will have to comply
if you hate that you work most of the day – you will have to work SO MUCH MORE in the first years of your business at least
if you don’t like how much money you make but at the same time you’re not ready to take responsibility over an actual company, brand, staff, clients, then just get a side gig, get a side hustle, blog, whatever but don’t start a company; you will be making more as a business owner but at a MUCH HIGHER cost for your personal life and health
starting a business is overglamorized; running a business is tough
so what can you do if you think you really really badly want to start your own business??? as a business owner myself, my advice is – talk to someone unbiased and independent of any benefits that they could get from you, who’s been in your field for at least several years, ask them how they feel running this business, and what they hate and love about their industry, it will open your eyes into reality of it, and maybe guide you in the right direction 🤞🏼
