But at some point, we sort of have to flip the table. And we’ve got to stop being so attached to things we don’t want and get very clear about what we want.”[09:47] “High achievers are addicted to external validation. And that can often drive them to be very successful, but at a certain point, if we lose connection with ourselves, and if we’re constantly looking for validation outside of ourselves, it is very disempowering.” [11:45] “When we take care of ourselves first, we have the energy to take care of others, and we’d become more confident in ourselves.” [25:18] “We’re all under pressure to deliver and so forth.
