Auditing Your Website’s SEO For Rankings (BEYOND Just Technical Fixes) [Video]

There is more to SEO than just on page factors. Today, I’m going to break down how to audit your website’s SEO for rankings beyond just technical fixes.RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________Canva: https://www.canva.com/Hello Bar: https://www.hellobar.com/Ubersuggest: https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/____________________________________________Most SEO audits are focused on technical fixes. While these are important, they’re just not strategically aimed at improving rankings for specific keywords. You want to use a traffic analyst or an Ubersuggest, and more specifically, the keywords by traffic report. This will end up showing you the keywords that are sitting on pages two and three. If the keywords you’re ranking on those pages are directly related to the main topic of the page, then what I want you to do is add additional H2 subheading including that keyword within that page, and I want you to write a few paragraphs talking about the main keywords around that topic that rank on page one for this keyword that they’re writing about. And include rich content like images, stats, and video, and then check your rankings for the secondary keywords in a month and keep iterating gradually until you find a sweet spot. If those keywords are directly related to the main topic of your page, then I want you to create a new content piece, look into the top rank pages for that keyword, and then figure out the topics that you should be writing about, the length of those content pieces, which other forms of rich content you should add, such as images, infographics, videos, and stats. So once you optimize your headline with the keywords, what we like doing when we’re writing the content, we like actually taking that same concept of creating powerful headlines and doing that with our subheadings, because if you can keep people engaged within your content through your subheadings, using storytelling as well to keep people engaged, and then putting customized images within your article using tools like Canva, which you can do for free, what you’ll find is you’ll get more and more people engaging with your page and linking to them, and especially, if some of the images that you include have stats and data and your company logo on there, people will start embedding them onto their website and linking back to you. We found that that helps so much when you’re creating content around new articles that your competitors rank for that you’re not really going after yet. Another thing that takes a lot of time, but it’s super effective, is actually just go and see, “All right, what are all the other articles around the web related to this article?” Let me go to search.twitter.com or put .com/search, and put in that URL and see who tweeted out. Go build relationships with those people, so then as you’re building relationship with those people, you want to hit them up. “Hey John, I noticed that you shared this article by Eric, and I actually have a similar article that just came out that covers A, B, and C that his didn’t. Check it out, and if you like it, feel free to share it with your audience, cheers, Neil. P.S. If I can share any of your content, let me know, I’d love to share it.” And what you’ll find is even if you don’t have a lot of followers, people are flattered, they want to build relationships, because keep in mind, these are social networks, they’re not islands where can people stand off by themselves. As long as you’re willing to reciprocate, you’ll get so many people sharing your content, that sole shares will bring in more traffic, some of those people may link to you, subscribe to your email newsletter list, and then you can keep blasting them up. And the thing that people don’t talk about with SEO, which is one of the most important factors, everyone talks about content creation. If you’re going to leverage a strategy and do better than your competition, you need to create lead magnets, so you can use tools like Hello Bar, create an offer like a free e-book, or lead quizzes and critic quiz, collect emails, and then you email people every time you have a blog post. If you don’t do this, you won’t get as much traction. Now, if you produce more than a few posts a week, you don’t want to email them every single day, because that’s just going to be overwhelming, but just pick your best ones and email them, because this will create more traction and most social shares as well. So if you follow this, you’re going to rank better and start beating your competition. One SEO Trend That Is About to Change Everything in 2022 – And How to Use It In Your Favor [Video]

SEO is about to change. Are you ready? Today I’m going to break down one SEO trend that is about to change everything in 2022 and how to use it in your favor.RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________Jarvis: https://www.jarvis.ai/Frase: https://www.frase.io/Clearscope: https://www.clearscope.io/Surfer: https://surferseo.com/Ubersuggest: https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/____________________________________________So what’s this trend? Do you think is going to be voice search. Do you think it’s going to be SEO on page SEO? Do you think it’s going to be backlink building? What do you think that trend is going to make everything change in SEO in 2022? Seriously, what do you think it is? I’ll give you a hint. It’s something related with tools. Can you guess what it is? It’s actually automation. Automation is going to make everything much easier specifically, with content writing. So think of it this way. What happens if you can end up doing content writing that’s semi-automated using the GTP3, right? There’s a lot of tools out there like Jarvis that makes things really easy and it won’t create content that’s perfect, but it’ll create more than half of it. And then you can just go in there and modify it and adjust it. Also tools are already doing competitive analysis and doing research, right? You use tools like Ubersuggest, it’ll tell you what’s working? What keywords are competitive? What doesn’t work, but check this out. What happens if more marketing could be automated? In Ubersuggest in 2021, we already released in beta, tools and scripts that you can put on your website that automates a lot of your on-page SEO. Tools like Jarvis automatically automate a lot of the content creation process. So what happens if you just start tacking on all these things. If you start plugging all these tools together, you can automate a lot of your SEO, which will then make your life easier. Just imagine, you create a site error by publishing a new page and you don’t have to fix it. Ubersuggest fix it for you. Or you want to write content on a new topic that you’re not as familiar with. And you’re sending it to a great writer. They can use Jarvis to plug in some information and then boom, it cranks out a content piece for them that they just have to modify and cleanup. And these tools are delivering, ready to write content, that’s not just outline, but that’s super thorough. And that can be valuable based on a lot of the top ranked pages already that are out there on Google. So let’s go over some of these tools, frase.io, Clearscope, surfer.seo. That’ll help with a lot of the content creation and the keywords. Other tools, even some that help you write your content that we’re discussing are things like Jarvis.ai and Outranking.io, Copy.ai and Copysmith. And when it comes to on-page SEO, Ubersuggest is working on automating all of it. It’s already in beta and it works for WordPress. And then eventually we’re going to automate all on-page SEO, as well as all content creation. And then the long-term goal is even automate link building as well. So if you want to use automation in your favor, here’s what I would start with. And you can start in this order. I would specifically start with content and just use one of the content tools that I mentioned and use that to cut down your content time. Then the second thing I would do is increase the amount of content you’re creating because your writing team should have more time. And then the third thing I would do is create a project flow within Ubersuggest, So when you go to Ubersuggest, and you create a project flow, you know, it’s tracking your rankings, your on-page SEO. You’ll then get notified when you can automate your on-page SEO. So then you don’t have to fix anything. So that way you’ll be right there in front of the line. Why Some SEO Gurus Have Been LYING To Your Face This Whole Time [Video]

SEO gurus are teaching you tactics that work, but in general, they’re still giving you bad advice. Today, I’m going to break down why some SEO gurus have been lying to you to your face this whole time.RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________Ubersuggest: https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/____________________________________________In most cases, SEO gurus give you tactical advice instead of strategical, long-term execution on what works best. In isolation, yes, each tactic can help you, but it only takes you so far. If you look at the biggest companies who dominate SEO, they don’t dominate it because they purely focus on SEO. Instead, they dominate because they’ve built a good product or service. Google wants to show you what’s best for users, right? It’s not about what’s the most backlinked sites. But if you want to build a big business, do well, there’s a few things you need to know. One, you need to focus on your product or service. Is your product or service amazing? So amazing that people want to keep using it over and over again?Number two, you need to build a brand. And Google’s looking at brand queries because the bigger the brand for terms, you know, or categories, they know that that company is less likely to create fake news so they’re more likely to rank them higher because people have an affinity towards that brand. So focus on creating amazing product, amazing service and build a good brand. And the way you focus on building a good brand is by going omnichannel, leveraging SEO, content marketing, good product, good service, paid ads, radio ads, television ads, heck, my ad agency, NP Digital, we run television ads. Not because television is amazing, it’s a great medium for me to reach more people and it allows people to know more about my brand. The third thing that I want you to do, if you want to do well in the long run is you need to keep experimenting. Just because a marketer, or a guru, including me, tells you something doesn’t mean that advice is going to hold true forever. So, you need to constantly run experiments. And even if you find something that wins, it may not win tomorrow so you got to rerun tests over time. So, if you follow those three things, you’re going to do better in the long run. Think about it, you need a holistic approach. And if you need a holistic approach with your marketing, check out my ad agency, NP Digital. If you have any questions on your marketing strategy, leave a comment below, let me know your marketing strategy. What are you trying to do with SEO, or content, or paid? What’s working, what’s not? And I gladly will give you feedback for free and tell you how to adjust things to get better results. Now, keep in mind, once you adjust things, right away, you’re not going to see results that you may be looking for. Sometimes, it takes a week, a month, three months. If it’s a CRO tweak, sure, you’ll see results right away. But, for most marketing changes, it can take months before you see results so just make sure you’re patient as well. Stop Obsessing Over Traffic So You Can Start Getting Sales With Your Online Business [Video]

Getting traffic is a long cycle. Look, SEO takes anywhere from three to six months. You know, if you have a new website, even sometimes a month, if your website has a lot of authority to 12 months, even multiple years, if you’re just starting off. And to really get significant traffic, it usually takes three to six months before things really start kicking up and years to really get what you really want. You need to do lots of trial and error before you know what’s actually working. So you can double down on your winning tactics. RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________Ubersuggest: https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/____________________________________________So within this video, I’m going to break down into two parts. The first part is what you should be focusing on. And the second part is what you shouldn’t be focusing on. Now, let’s go over what you should be focusing on. One, work on your offer. Once you figure out your offer and what’s converting really well for you, you can focus on generating more traffic after that. But if you get tons of traffic and people don’t want to buy for you, who cares, you’re not making any money. You need to really hone down your offer and figure out what people want. Two, work on your lead generation strategy. What I mean by this is how are you going to get leads? Is it that you need traffic SEO? is it you need paid advertising? Is it that you should cold call, right? There’s many different strategies to get leads and there’s no right or wrong approach. Number three, when you get the leads, you need to nurture them. How do you get them from a lead to maybe figure out if they’re qualified, To then pitch them and then close them? You got to nurture them. You can’t just expect to get a lead and be like, yeah, they’re just going to give me money. I wish it worked that way. Four, you need to optimize for conversions. Look at your sales process. Whether you’re talking to someone or you’re just selling online, you have e-commerce like, a product page to checkout page, a upsell downsell. You need to figure out where the drop-off is. That’s a funnel.Five, creating new content. It’s all about topic clusters to dominate bigger topics. Example is, paid ads as a main topic and then you have Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, Google ads, Twitter ads, Instagram ads, Reddit ads as all subtopics. That’s what I mean as content clusters. Six, refreshing content and optimizing for new keyword opportunities that you can edit and find in Google search console, or Ubersuggest. Using tools like Ubersuggest and Google Search Console will show you all the keyword opportunities that you have with your website and what’s working for your competitors that you could potentially go after. Seven, internal linking. Everyone talks about, Hey, I need to keep creating new content, but if you’re not linking your old content to your new content or new content, your old content, it’s going to be hard for Google to crawl your whole site. Eight, content pruning. I want you to combine existing pages on the same topics. A lot of times you’re going to need to combine your pages, because if your website’s been around for many, many years, you may have four or five, six articles on the same exact thing that’s being up over that. Now let’s talk about what you shouldn’t focus on. First off, I don’t want you to check your traffic and rankings every day. You should track it every day, but you shouldn’t have to check it every day. If you check it by-weekly or monthly, that’s fine. You can set up alerts. Number two, don’t obsess over your competitors. What you should be doing is obsessing over your customers. If you do what’s best for your customers, that’s how you win. I also want you to look for keywords using Ubersuggest that you may not be targeting right now, but your customers may be looking for. And you can do this by just looking at the keyword ideas report. I also want you to use the backlinks opportunities report within Ubersuggest that’ll show you all the people that linked to your competitors, but don’t link to you. So what you do is you put in your URL and then you put it in a few of your competitors and it’ll show you all the people that link to multiple competitors, but not you. If people link to not just one but two, three of your competitors and not you, the chances are, they’ll link to you as well. If you just hit them up and you show them how your content is better, your products are more better. And if they do that, or if you do that, your rankings will climb over time. It just takes some effort. How Al is Changing Marketing and SEO (And How to Use it In Your Business) [Video]

Wouldn’t it be cool if AI did your marketing for you? Well, now it can. Today, I’m going to break down how AI is changing marketing and SEO. Look, technology has made marketing easy. Today, I want to share some of those tools that can make your life easier, and also talk about the future of AI in marketing.RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________Morphio.ai: https://morphio.ai/Marketbrew: https://www.marketbrew.com/Jarvis.ai: https://www.jarvis.ai/Clearscope: https://www.clearscope.io/Ubersuggest: https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/____________________________________________So let’s go over some of the tools first. Tool number one, Morphio.ai. It’s a monitor and analysis tool that uses AI. It’ll tell you when something is wrong with your paid ad budgets. This is super important because look, as an SMB or even an enterprise company, you all have budget. You don’t want something to go over. So let’s say you’re spending all this money on advertising, and you’re having people help you out. If you’re testing out a thousand different places or a hundred, I know I’m going to the extreme, if ones aren’t working out, you don’t want to keep spending money. Even if your whole campaign is profitable, but there’s certain parts of the campaign that aren’t profitable. But the ones that are profitable are picking them up. You want to stop the underperforming ones so you can spend more money on the placements that are performing. That way, you’d make even more profit. So check out that tool. Tool number two, marketbrew. It’s an automated SEO AI tool, and here’s what I mean by this: It’s a search engine that can calibrate itself to be like any search engine that you want it to be. So it’s definitely worth checking out cause it’ll help you avoid some of the mistakes. Now grant it, it’s not going to be identical to Google’s algorithm cause they make roughly eight plus changes a day. But, it’ll give you a a good idea of what’s going to work and what’s not going to work. Tool number three, Jarvis.ai. Content creation tools, especially ones that are using AI, are not perfect. But, they do save you a lot of time. What if, tools helps with your titles, your outlines, and even paragraphs, and you just have to go in and put some keywords. It’ll help set up all this content for you, and then you just had to go in and make it better. That’s what Jarvis.ai does. It’ll give you a head start, and it can save you, sometimes, half the time when it comes to creating content which is huge. Especially if you hate writing content. Tool number four, clearscope. This will help you get more traffic from your writing. And that’s cause clearscope helps you produce content that’s highly relevant to what people are searching for. It helps you determine, what topics you should focus on, as well as the writing aspect of your content creation. Such as headings, keywords that you should use within your content to also get the most traffic. Cause remember, if you use tools like Ubersuggest to do your keyword research which you should, it’s not just about those head terms. That’s when Ubersuggest we have those keyword ideas cause there’s all these other longed out keywords that you need to use as well. Now that we covered some tools that you should try, here’s where marketing and AI is going in the future. With SEO, people like me at Ubersuggest, we have teams of people working on AI machine learning where you can put java script on your website, and it just does all your SEO for you. So you don’t have to end up changing any aspect of your on page code and the tool will do it for you. We’re even trying to use machine learning and we’re running experiments on our end to figure out if we can even matching build links to do the outreach for you, all automated as if it was humans, and actually get you linked without having a human do it. And with marketing, you’re going to see AI integrated into all forms of marketing. Now it doesn’t mean that all the AI is going to replace humans cause humans can do a lot of creative thinking and is yet to be seen if AI can do the same type of creative skills. Especially when it comes to marketing campaigns. But, it can make it worth more efficient and you don’t need as many people to get the same job done. A Realistic Approach to SEO For Busy Solo Entrepreneurs [Video]

SEO’s tough and usually requires a big team. Wouldn’t it be great if there was a way to do SEO, when you’re a solo entrepreneur? Look, there is. Today I’m going to break down a realistic approach to SEO for busy solo entrepreneurs.RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________Ubersuggest: https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/____________________________________________If you don’t have a big team or any team for that matter of fact, I want you to focus just on two things. Number one, optimizing existing content and number two, creating new content. So let’s go over optimizing existing content first. First, use the Google search console. Google search console will show you, Hey, what content is getting impressions and which content is getting clicks and also shows your click-through rate. And I want you to improve your click-through rate and the way you end up doing that is look at the keywords that are sitting on page two. Are those keywords in your title tag? Are they within your meta description? Is your title tag and meta-description, you know, very relevant from an appealing perspective. Think of copywriting. The next thing I like doing is putting in the keywords that you’re seeing in Google search console within to those pages as well. So now that you just put them in your title tag and meta description, also put them within the content. Second use Ubersuggest. Ubersuggest has a rank tracking feature that you can get started for free and you can see which ones of your keywords are getting more traction and less traction over time. It’ll tell you which keywords are getting more traction on mobile or even desktop device, or even in certain regions. Another feature I want you to use in Ubersuggest is a content ideas report. This shows you all the other people that have content around similar keywords, like your competitors, and really make sure you there are social shares and the backlinks and the headlines that they’re using. Third, use Google analytics. I want you to improve your dwell time. I want you to identify the content pieces that are underperforming and consolidate them with the pages that are doing well on the same topic. Now let’s go over creating new content. First, let’s find keyword opportunities that you can rank for. Go to Ubersuggest, use a keyword ideas report, you can find in the left-hand navigation, and type in keywords related to your space. Then I want you to go to the competitive analysis report in Ubersuggest. This is where you can put it in a competitor URL. It’ll show you their top pages by traffic show you the social shares for those pages and it’ll even show you all the keywords that the competitor’s page ranks for. And then you can go over to their site and look at that page and be like, whoa, this is the content that they have. I can create something way better than this.Second, let’s analyze your competitors for new keywords you want to target. You’ll see a report within Ubersuggest in the competitive analysis that just shows you all the keywords your competitors rank for.The next feature in Ubersuggest you should check out is the SERP analysis within the keyword ideas report. And this will give you an idea of, Hey, this is how I create content that covers the whole topic. Now that we’re going away from Ubersuggest what I want you to also focus on is writing content that is at least 50% better than everyone else who’s ranking for that keyword. Now last but not least, I want to wrap up this video by covering a few other things that you should know. On-page SEO will produce better outcomes if you’re managing an older website. In the early days, you could pretty much solve your on-page SEO by just decreasing your load time. And as you create new content, you want to work on your title tags, meta-description tags, heading tags, which just helps you rank. You want to have a site map. And make sure that your robots are at TXT or your meta-tags, you’re not blocking any of the major crawlers or any pages that you shouldn’t be blocking. And when it comes to creating content, you should be spending two to eight hours per week, depending on how competitive your niche is and how amazing your content needs to be in order to outperform your competition. If your site’s really big, you could actually spend a lot of time on on-page SEO and it could be a daily thing. You may have people full-time focused on it. NOT Every Keyword is Worth Pursuing in SEO (Here’s Why) [Video]

Just because a keyword gets a lot of traffic, it doesn’t mean it’s worth going after. Today I’m going to break down, how not every keyword is worth pursuing an SEO and why.RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________Ubersuggest: https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/____________________________________________Going after keywords that are too competitive is a waste of time, specially if you have a low domain authority. Look, if you’re going after keywords like credit cards and your brand new site, your chance of ranking are slim to none, you’re going to spend all this time and effort and money to try to get there, and you’re not going to get the results anytime soon. You’re better off going after keywords that can provide quicker results, and then once you’re getting some rankings, you’re generating some traffic, some revenue, then in the long run, you can invest after those harder terms that take longer to rank for. Before I dive in with the tactics, I’ve got a quick stop for you. I get over 9 million visitors a month, but less than .1%, not 1%, I’m saying .1% of those visitors, ever become a customer. High volume keywords don’t mean much to go after if they don’t have the correct intent. So how do you find out the right keywords to go after? Well, step one, go to Uber suggests. Step two, type in the keyword related to your industry. Step three, you’ll see a report that loads on Ubersuggest that just has overview on the traffic and some stars of the keyword. In the left hand navigation I want you to click on the keyword Ideas report. And when you click on the Keyword Ideas report, you’ll see a button on the very right called Keywords I Can Rank For. If you don’t see it, that means you need a log in. It’s free to log in. And once you log in, you can put in your domain name. And when you put it in your domain name, Ubersuggest will analyze your site and show you that an appropriate list of keywords that you can target, that you actually have a shot of ranking for and the shorter timeframe versus waiting years to get rankings for. Now filter the base on the intent of what is relevant to your proctor services that you’re selling. And what you’ll find is Ubersuggest will break down if a keyword is easy to rank for or hard to rank for. Ideally target the ones that are the easiest to rank for, because it’ll show as your difficulty score. Even though you have a list of all the keywords that you can rank for, pick the ones that are not just the most relevant to your business, but pick the ones that have the lowest SEO difficulty score. That means you’ll be able to get the results faster. That’s what I want you to start doing. Now the next thing I want you to do is that you go to the Site Audit Report within Ubersuggest. If you’re starting off with SEO, it’s not all about traffic, it’s all about ranking for the right keywords that drive a results in the short run so that you will have more money to invest in more long-term marketing approaches. With the Site Audit report, put in your URL, it’ll break down all the Errors, what you need to fix, what’s the most crucial, what is more suggested and isn’t as crucial, how fast your website’s loading, load speeds are really important factor because more people are browsing your website or pretty much the internet these days off of mobile devices than they are on desktop devices. And what’s cool with the Ubersuggest audit report is, it breaks out each and every single error in priority. What I mean by that is the ones listed at the top show you “hey, you need to fix these errors first because they’ll have the biggest impact on your rankings and track.” And then you second, third, fourth. So just knock them all down in order. The last thing I want you to do is go create a project within Ubersuggest. So go to your dashboard, add a project, put in your URL, and put in the keywords that you want to rank for, and that you’re targeting. You know, at the beginning, maybe not week over week or day over day, but in the long run, quarter over quarter, you’ll definitely see your rankings go up and if you fast forward a little bit, you’ll start seeing your rankings go up to page one and page two. 10 EASY SEO IDEAS That Will BLOW UP Your Traffic in 2021 [Video]

SEO doesn’t have to be hard. There are simple ways to grow your traffic. Today, I’m going to break down 10 easy SEO ideas that’ll blow up your traffic in 2021. RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________3 SEO Trends in Automation for 2021 (Trend #3 Is Coming Sooner Than You Think): https://youtu.be/Dv-44E0lPogThe Biggest Impact on SEO: https://youtu.be/DKPT6vaWcWkUbersuggest: https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/____________________________________________Number one, combine pages around the same topics. Here’s what people don’t know. If you have two pages that are on link building and they cover pretty much the same exact thing, Google won’t know which page to rank. Sometimes if you’re lucky, you can get both of them to rank, but in many cases, they’ll go back and forth, it confuses Google. So what you’re better off doing is combining the pages, combine the content, having one more detailed page, and then you should get higher rankings. If you don’t know which page has more authority, you can just put in your URL into Ubersuggest and then in the backlinks report, it’ll show you which one has more links and more authority. Number two, delete underperforming pages. It’s better to have a handful of pages that drives a ton of traffic than having a site with a million pages that drive very little to no traffic. Number three, search for the keywords that you’re trying to rank for or already rank for on Google. Look at the Google ads. If you look at the Google ads, that’ll give you ideas for your title tags. See people used to believe that if you want to rank at the top, it’s all about keywords in your title tag and your meta description.Number four, create infographics from articles that have high social share counts. So you can use Ubersuggest. It has a content ideas report. Anytime you put a keyword into Ubersuggest, it tells you, “Hey, here’s all the traffic for this keyword,” but in the left-hand navigation, there’s this content ideas report. If you click on that, it’ll tell you all the blog posts around the web that are popular, based on social shares, search traffic, backlinks. Number five, create video content on your top performing content pieces. Look, yes, Google is the most popular search engine, but what most people don’t know YouTube is the second most popular search engine. So take your best performing articles and create videos like I’m doing here and pop them up on YouTube. Number six, send link juice to pages that are sitting on page two or three of the SERPs. So on Ubersuggest, you can track your rankings and it’ll show you, for your website, what keywords you’re ranking for, what page you are and what position. Look at all the ones that are on page two and page three, positions 11 through 20 or 11 through 30, and what I want you to do is see if you can link to those pages from other relevant pages within your site. That’s called internal linking. Number seven, create “Best” related articles. Here’s what I mean by “Best” related articles. Anytime you do a search for like toaster ovens or tools, or SEO tools or credit cards, you always see like the best 10 credit cards. the best 10 toaster ovens, the best 10 toaster tools, the best 47 SEO tools, and the list goes on and on.Number eight, implement AMP pages. So AMP is a form of accelerated mobile pages and what it does is it just makes your content load faster for mobile devices. I’ve implemented AMP on my site and what I’ve found is in the United States, in certain regions, it doesn’t really do much for my traffic, but in regions like Brazil, where I have my content translated, I found that adding AMP helped me get more traffic. Number nine, use structured markup. This will help increase your chances of getting SERP snippets. You know whenever you search for something and then you see a little blurb at the top and Google’s just pulling from it, that’s an example of SERP snippets. Number 10, leverage backlink opportunities on Ubersuggest. Because if someone’s willing to link to three, four of your competitors, the chances are, if you hit them up, they’ll be willing to link to you as well, versus trying to hit up all these sites that don’t link to any of your competitors, and when you hit those people up, they’re going to be like, “Hey, why do I want to link to you? Again, if someone links to three or four of your competitors, the chances are they’ll link to you and this Ubersuggest backlinks opportunity report shows you all the opportunities for you to easily get links. The Easiest Way to Get More SEO Traffic [Video]

What if there was a easier way to get SEO traffic to your website than writing thousands and thousands of articles? Today I’m going to break down the easiest way to get SEO traffic.RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________Ubersuggest: https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/____________________________________________As you can see on my screen here, I’m logged into my Google Search Console. And I want to show you something really interesting. If I click the NEW button so I can filter more, I can go to Search appearance, then click on Videos. This is going to show me how much traffic I’m getting from things like videos, right, because I filtered down.So over the years, I figure that, hey, I need to stop producing just content to get quote-unquote traffic. I need to get more relevant traffic because I don’t really help people with Instagram marketing from a business standpoint, but my ad agency NP Digital does help with things like SEO tools or growth hacking. So we started focusing on videos that don’t just bring traffic, but bring quote-unquote our ideal customer. Nonetheless, as you can see here, I’ve gotten quite a bit of clicks from Google just from video SEO. And I also have Ubersuggest, so that helps with that. “How to Track and Improve Your Rankings.” Again, doesn’t have the volume that, let’s say, Instagram followers has, but it can bring the ideal customers. That can help me generate more sales and more revenue for my ad agency. But the key is I don’t just publish my content on YouTube. I’m also publishing it on my own website, and it’s driving a lot of traffic. I have content on WordPress, daily SEO tasks. I even have reels that I’ve been testing on YouTube, or shorts as they would call it on YouTube. Instagram’s more reels. And I just produce tons of video content each and every single week. And I don’t really do much to optimize it, right? I’m using all the code. I’m just making sure how’s my site, how’s all the schema markup, stuff like that. Lets Google know what type of content I’m using. But the point I’m trying to make is just go and create video content and publish it on your blog. It’s not that competitive. You can rank for a lot of stuff because what Google’s doing is they’re including it in the results, so not only do you have a chance of ranking for text, but, hey, there’s not as many people creating videos, so it’s not as competitive. And what I would recommend that you do is do your keyword research. So if you go to app.neilpatel.com, and you’re just like, “All right, I’m in the digital marketing space.” So you can go load up the Ubersuggest tool, which you can find at app.neilpatel.com, and you can type in keywords related to anything. So I can type in digital marketing. And once you type in keywords like this, you’ll see the search volume. Don’t worry about the SEO difficulty or the CPC. Typically, though, the higher the CPC, the more lucrative that term is going to be. And go create content all these popular terms. You can even create a video on digital marketing agency, digital marketing jobs, digital marketing company. So in essence, what you want to do is you want to view all the keyword ideas, continually find more and more keywords that have good volume and high CPC. So digital marketing agency, way higher CPC than a lot of the other keywords here, which is great. And once you find the keywords that you like, you can just keep track of ’em. So I would add agency, company, digital marketing company, let’s see, services, strategy, courses. I would add those to a list. So in Ubersuggest, you can add it to a list. And I can create a list. Let’s go create a new one. So I can create one on YouTube video ideas. I click plus. And now those keywords are going to be added to this keyword list than I can get in the left-hand navigation side. So then I can keep track of all the keywords that I need to go and create a YouTube video on. And if you just leverage this simple strategy over time, you can keep getting more and more traffic. So it’s not just about going after volume. You want to go after volume with high CPCs that are related to your business. And don’t forget the related to your business part because if you do that, then you’ll get the views of the right audience and convert them into customers.
