To create an effective time budget, you must set your priorities and create a budget plan based on them. Be honest about the things you spend your time on and take out some unnecessary tasks that limit your time on your priorities. Step 2 to Crush Your Goals. BUILD your CALENDAR. Break your budget items into specific activities and create recurring events in your calendar from the time budget you’ve made. Always commit to following your schedule. Step 3 to Crush Your Goals. EVALUATE your TAM (Total Addressable Market). Become an expert in your field. Know your Total Addressable Market (In Real Estate, this could be the total number of #realestatesales in the area.) and identify what share of that market you want to own. You can make a widely successful living with a narrow focus on the addressable market at a tiny percentage of the total addressable market.Step 4 to Crush Your Goals. CALCULATE where your SHARE of TAM COMES FROM. Identify which lead source you will focus on, how many leads you can generate from each source, identify your conversion rate, the cost of each lead, and the total revenue generated from those leads.
