If you’re not in constant evaluation of what you can do better, how you can be better, and how you can make changes, you are prone to not just stagnation but decline. What is evaluation? Evaluation is all about knowing what went right, what went wrong, and how you can make it better next time. Doing it will help you identify what you are doing wrong and change it to grow. It will also help you train your mind to recognize your wins, capture them and celebrate them. Capturing your wins provides an objective data source that you can go back to when you get swapped by your emotions to stay in perspective and get things in motion.   In this episode, Dr. William Attaway, an executive, and a leadership coach, talks about catalytic leadership strategies to help you become an impactful leader.
